Kennyard the sales advisor. Gave me a great estimate of repair I was shopping so I was calling around and he was the best on Google as well and now I know why they’re very good at what they’re doing. They do good work and they’re very fair Price excellent service fast repairs can’t tell you how happy I am with them. My air conditioner works better than ever than when I bought it brand new unbelievable would recommend anybody to do the repair to their vehicle here at Chapman Auto Repair of Orange. Great staff.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this shop for over two years and have brought my car in for regular oil changes and two major repairs. Until recently, I felt confident in their work and service. However, during my most recent visit, I was extremely disappointed. I had my mother drop off my car for me, and Kennyard — who has helped me in the past —insisted to her that the $120 diagnostic fee was a non-negotiable despite to hefty price-tag for the repair. Historically, that fee was either waived or applied toward the final bill when the work was done, which in this case it was not. I bought my tires at Firestone which comes with free rotation. I went in this morning and AUSTIN said there were 4 people in front of me, I could wait or come back at 2:30 today when he’d have all their technicians there. I arrived later in the day and Jonny told me they couldn’t rotate them. I asked why and he said because they were bald. I said they had some outer wear and that was the reason why I wanted to rotate them so there would be even wear. He said this was caused by misalignment. I told him to look at my last service record by Firestone where I had just had an alignment by Firestone less than 5,000 miles ago. He continued to try and upsell me to two new front tires. I brought my 2017 BMW 430i into their repair shop on 3/17/2025 for a "refill Low coolant warning light" They refilled the coolant and the light was cleared. Two days later the light returned. I took it back to the shop 3/20/2025. They told me they would have to run pressure test to determine if there was a leak. They completed the test and told me they had found the problem (Water pump and Turbo Coolant return line needed replacing. I authorized the repairs and paid $1,793.08. 3/22/2025.
